The terms and conditions as set out here in (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between
Dhage Industries Pvt Limited (Super Solutions), having its Indian registered office at House No.198/4, Warkhed, Post Hadgaon, Pathri, Parbhani, Maharashtra, India - 431 506 (“Dhage”, “Dhage Industries”, “we”, “us” or “our”),
Super Solutions Pvt Limited (Super Solutions), having its Singaporean registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, SBF Center, Singapore – 068914 (“Super”, “Supersoln”, “we”, “us” or “our”),
Super Automation Solutions Limited (Super Solutions), having its Irish registered office at 71 Ground Floor, Lower Baggot Street, Dublin – D02 P593 (“Super Automation”, “SASL”, “we”, “us” or “our”), which manages and operates https://www.supersoln.com/ and its mobile application/website/tablet/desktop (collectively called as “Super Solutions”), and a natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses Super Solutions Platform in any manner (“you” or “your”) or uses any current or future service or functionality or offer made available on Super Solutions Platform (“Service(s)”), as updated from time to time.
By using the Super Solutions Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the Terms. If the Terms not be acceptable to you, you may refrain from using the Super Solutions Platform. Please top up your Super Solutions wallet or place an order on Super Solutions if you agree to be bound by the Terms. If you have any questions about the terms, please contact Contact@supersoln.com. Please note that your access to the Services, other platforms, or utilization of Product/Services (defined below), offers or promotions in relation to the Product/Services as may be provided by us or our affiliates, may be governed by other terms and conditions, policies, or guidelines (“Additional Terms”) along with these Terms. If these Terms are inconsistent with any Additional Terms, the Additional Terms will control to the extent of such inconsistency with respect to the applicable Service or utilisation of the Product/Services. These Terms govern your use of the Super Solutions Platform and transaction or dealings thereon.
1. User Agreement and No-Tolerance Policy
"By creating an account and/or using the App, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions and our End-User License Agreement (EULA). You acknowledge that this platform maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit, graphic, threatening, harassing, illegal, or promotes hate speech. Any user found to be in violation of this policy, or who attempts to post objectionable content, will be subject to immediate content removal and account suspension or permanent ejection from the platform."
2. User-Generated Content Reporting and Moderation Commitment.
"We are committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users. We implement user-reporting mechanisms to identify and address violations of our policies. We guarantee that all reports of objectionable content or abusive users will be reviewed and acted upon by our moderation team within a 24-hour period of the report being received. This action will involve the removal of the offending content and the immediate ejection (suspension or ban) of the user who provided the offending content, as deemed necessary by the Company."
For the purposes of these Terms: (a) “Super Solutions Platform” means the online platform available at https://www.supersoln.com/ , which includes its corresponding mobile application/wallet/ website/tablet/desktop as provided by us, on which you may avail the Services and includes applications controlled and managed by us which interact with one or more such mobile applications/ wallets/ websites/ tablets and digital modes as provided by us; (b) “Products/Services” shall mean any perishable and non-perishable food Product/Services and household Product/Services and such other Product/Services as may be offered for sale to you on the Super Solutions Platform, and (c) We and you are hereinafter individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties”.
These Terms are divided into 2 (two) parts, part A and Part B mentioned below.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USAGE OF THE SUPER SOLUTIONS PLATFORM
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE ON THE SUPER SOLUTIONS PLATFORM
Please carefully read all the parts to understand the conditions applicable in case of usage of the Super Solutions Platform and for the purchase of Products/Services thereof.
“PART A – TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USAGE OF SUPER SOLUTIONS PLATFORM”
GENERAL
The terms and conditions for usage of the Super Solutions Platform as set out herein (“Terms of Use”) specifically govern your access and use of the Super Solutions Platform, which provides a forum for you to inter alia enables you to discover, select and buy Products/Services listed on Super Solutions Platform at the indicated price at any time, from the locations serviceable by us.
Please note that we may from time to time change the Terms of Use that govern your use of the Super Solutions Platform, such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the site. Every time you wish to use our Super Solutions Platform, please check these Terms of Use to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time. Further, please note that we reserve the right to either change the format and the content of the Super Solutions Platform or suspend the operation of the Super Solutions Platform for support or maintenance work, to update the content, or for any other reason, at any time, with or without any prior information/ intimation, in any manner whatsoever.
Any accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Super Solutions Platform indicates your agreement to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy of Super Solutions Platform, and any other policies or guidelines that may be applicable on the Super Solutions Platform at the time of your access and usage of the Super Solutions Platform and which may be updated from time to time (collectively, the “Agreement”).
This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder as may be applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
We authorize you to view and access the Super Solutions Platform solely for identifying Products/Services, carrying out purchases of Products/Services, and processing returns and refunds, in accordance with Return and Refund Policy, therefore, grant you a limited, revocable permission to access and use the Services.
By accepting this Agreement, you affirm that you are 18 (Eighteen) years of age or above and are fully competent to enter into this Agreement and to abide by and comply with this Agreement. If a user is below 18 (Eighteen) years of age, it is assumed that he/she is using/browsing the Super Solutions Platform under the supervision of his/her parent or legal guardian and that such user’s parent or legal guardian has read and agrees to the terms of this Agreement, including terms of purchase of Products/Services on behalf of the minor user. In the event we are made aware that a user is under the age of 18 and is using/browsing the Super Solutions Platform without the supervision of his/her parent or legal guardian, we reserve the right to deactivate such User’s account without further notice. Further, if you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of that entity and that such entity accepts this Agreement.
REGISTRATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT
To purchase Products/Services on the Super Solutions Platform and/or avail of the Services, you will have to sign-up/ register on the Super Solutions Platform. Registration is a one-time process based on successful social media account or Email/mobile OTP (One Time Password) verification and you will be eligible to further access and avail of the Services only after providing necessary forms and details as may be required by us at the time of your registration.
You are solely authorized to operate the account created by you. Consequently, it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the login credentials of your account on the Super Solutions Platform and for restricting access to your computer/mobile/other similar devices to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You shall remain solely liable for all the actions undertaken through your account.
You will: (a) immediately inform us of any unauthorized use of the account or any other security breach, and (b) ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session. We, our employees, agents, directors, and officers will not be liable for any loss or direct or indirect damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms of Use. You may be held liable for any losses incurred to us or any other user due to unauthorized use of their account by you. We reserve the right to refuse access to the Super Solutions Platform, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at any time without notice to you.
COMMUNICATION AND UNSUBSCRIPTION
By accepting the Terms of Use, you also accept to receive news, updates, offers, and campaign, product/service-related notifications on the platform. By accessing and using the Super Solutions Platform, you explicitly consent to receive such communications by any means/mode, including but not limited to, push notification on the platform; SMS on the registered mobile number; email on the registered email address; IVR call or manual call, Video call, as the case may be, as and when required, for sending any update or information to you (by any electronic means, as the company may deem fit to use) from us regarding any new services or offerings or communicating the one- time password.
You can unsubscribe/opt-out from receiving marketing/ promotional communications, newsletters, and other notifications from us at any time by following the instructions set out in such communications. However, if you unsubscribe/opt-out as stated, you may not be able to optimize the services offered on the platform.
AVAILABILITY AND ACCESSIBILITY OF SUPER SOLUTIONS PLATFORM
We operate this Super Solutions Platform in India, Singapore, and Ireland and make no representation that the materials and the content available on the Super Solutions Platform are appropriate to be used or will be available for use in other locations outside India, Singapore, and Ireland. If you use this Super Solutions Platform from outside India, Singapore, and Ireland, you are entirely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. These Terms of Use do not constitute, nor may these Terms of Use be used for or in connection with any promotional activities or solicitation by anyone in any jurisdiction in which such promotional activities or solicitation are not authorized or to any person to whom it is unlawful to promote or solicit.
We have several websites offering Products, Services, content, and various other functionalities to specific regions in the territory of India, Singapore, and Ireland. The Services offered in one region may differ from those in other regions due to availability, local or regional laws, shipment, and other considerations. We do not make any warranty or representation that a user in one region/country may obtain the Services from our site in another region and we may cancel a user's order or redirect a user to the site for that user’s region if a user attempts to order Services offered on a site in another region.
Information that we publish on the world wide web may contain references or cross references to our Products, programs, and Services that are not announced or available in your region. Such references do not imply that we intend to announce such Products, programs, or Services in your region. THIRD-PARTY INTERACTION AND LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
In your use of the Super Solutions Platform, you may enter correspondence with, purchase goods and/or services from, or participate in promotions of advertisers or members or sponsors of the Super Solutions Platform or access any other third-party website linked to the Super Solutions Platform. Unless otherwise stated, any such correspondence, advertisement, purchase, or promotion, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and/or services, and any other term, condition, warranty, or representation associated with such correspondence, purchase, or promotion, is solely between you and the applicable third party. You agree that we have no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any such correspondence, purchase or promotion, access, or usage of any third-party website and the contract under such instances remains between you and any such third party.
LICENSE AND USE OF YOUR CONTENT
You grant to us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to adopt, publish, reproduce, disseminate, transmit, distribute, copy, use, create derivative works from, display worldwide, or act on any material posted by you on the Super Solutions Platform without additional approval or consideration in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content, and you waive any claim overall feedback, comments, ideas or suggestions or any other content provided through or on the Super Solutions Platform. You agree to perform all further acts necessary to perfect any of the above rights granted by you to us, including the execution of deeds and documents, at your request.
You agree that we do not routinely monitor your postings on Super Solutions Platform but reserve the right to do so. However, if we become aware of inappropriate use of the Super Solutions Platform or any of its Services, we will respond in any way that, in its sole discretion, we deem appropriate. You acknowledge that we will have the right to report to law enforcement authorities any actions that may be considered illegal, as well as any information it receives of such illegal conduct. When requested, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation of alleged illegal activity on the Internet.
Submissions and unauthorized use of any materials contained on the Super Solutions Platform may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, certain communications statutes and regulations, and other applicable laws and regulations. You alone are responsible for your actions or the actions of any person using your username and/or password. As such, you shall indemnify and hold us and our officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and business partners harmless from and against any and all loss, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) incurred in relation to, arising from, or for the purpose of avoiding, any claim or demand from a third party that your use of the Super Solutions Platform or the use of the Super Solutions Platform by any person using your user name and/or password (including without limitation your participation in the posting areas or your Submissions) violates any applicable law or regulation, or the rights of any third party.
We reserve the right to terminate access to Super Solutions Platform at any time and without notice. Further, this limited license terminates automatically, without notice to you, if you breach any of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy any downloaded and printed materials. Any provision of the Terms of Use which imposes an obligation or creates a right that by its nature will be valid after the termination or expiration of the Terms of Use shall survive the termination or expiration of the Terms of Use.
USER WARRANTIES AND RESTRICTIONS
You represent and warrant that: (a) your use of Super Solutions Platform and/or Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) all information that is submitted to us in connection with Super Solutions Platform and/or Services is true, accurate and lawful; (c) use of the content and material you supply does not breach any applicable Agreement and will not cause injury to any person or entity (including that the content or material is not defamatory). If at any time, the information provided by you is found to be false or inaccurate, we will have the right to reject the registration, cancel all orders, and restrict you from using the Services and other affiliated services in the future without any prior intimation whatsoever. You agree to indemnify us and our affiliates for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these warranties.
You will use Super Solutions Platform for lawful purposes only and will not undertake any activity that is harmful to Super Solutions Platform or its content or otherwise not envisaged through the Super Solutions Platform. You have a limited license to access and use Super Solutions Platform, solely for the purpose of availing the Services, subject to these Terms of Use.
You will not do any of the following:
Delete or modify any content on Super Solutions Platform, such as any information regarding the Services, their performance, sales, or pricing.
Use any engine, software, tool, agent, or another mechanism (such as spiders, robots, avatars, worms, time bombs, etc.) to navigate or search Super Solutions Platform.
Make false or malicious statements against the Services, Super Solutions Platform, or us.
Post, copy, submit, upload, distribute, or otherwise transmit or make available any software or other computer files that contain a virus or other harmful component, or otherwise disrupt or damage Super Solutions Platform and/or Services or any connected network, or otherwise interfere with any person or entity’s use or enjoyment of Super Solutions Platform and/or the Services.
Introduce any trojans, viruses, any other malicious software, any bots, or scrape Super Solutions Platform for any information.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, security, or authentication measures implemented by us or otherwise tamper or attempt to tamper with our technological design and architecture.
Hack into or introduce malicious software of any kind onto the Super Solutions Platform.
Gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the server on which the details connected to the Services are stored, or any other server, computer, or database connected to the Services; or
Engage in any form of antisocial, disruptive, or destructive acts, including “flaming,” “spamming,” “flooding,” “trolling,”, “phishing” and “grieving” as those terms are commonly understood and used on the internet.
Create any identical platform for any malicious and fraudulent motive or for any other reason whatsoever,
You are prohibited from hosting, displaying, uploading, modifying, publishing, transmitting, updating, or sharing on or through the Super Solutions Platform, any information that: belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right is harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise harmful in any manner whatsoever. harms minors in any way. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights. violates any law for the time being in force.
Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature, impersonates or defames another person; or contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer resource.
We constantly monitor the user’s account to avoid fraudulent accounts and transactions. Users with more than one account or availing referral vouchers fraudulently shall be liable for legal actions under the law and we reserve the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges, and lawyer fees from persons using the Super Solutions Platform fraudulently. We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Super Solutions Platform and any other unlawful acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions. In the event of detection of any fraudulent or declined transaction, before initiation of legal actions, we reserve the right to immediately delete such account and dishonor all past and pending orders without any liability. For this clause, we shall owe no liability for any refunds.
COPYRIGHTS IN SUPER SOLUTIONS CONTENT
The Super Solutions Platform contains material, including text, graphics, and sound, which is protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights (“Super Solutions Content”). All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Super Solutions Content are either owned by us or have been licensed to us by the owner(s) of those rights so that it can use the Super Solutions Content as part of the Super Solutions Platform. We retain copyright on all Information, including text, graphics, and sound, and all trademarks displayed on the Super Solutions Platform are either owned by or licensed to us.
You may use and display the Super Solutions Content on your personal computer only for your personal use subject to the grant of a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to you by us when you register on the Super Solutions Platform, only for identifying Products/Services, carrying out purchases of Product/Services and processing returns and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy and for using and printing copies of the information on the Super Solutions Platform for your personal use and store the files on your computer for personal use only and not for business purposes.
You may not:
(a) copy (whether by printing off onto paper, storing on disk, downloading, or in any other way), distribute (including distributing copies), download, display, perform, reproduce, distribute, modify, edit, alter, enhance, broadcast, or tamper within any way or otherwise use any Super Solutions Content contained in the Super Solutions Platform. These restrictions apply to all or part of the Super Solutions Content available on the Super Solutions Platform.
(b) copy and distribute the Information on any other server or modify or re-use text or graphics on this system or another system.
(c) reproduce any part of the Super Solutions Platform or sell or distribute the same for commercial gain nor shall it be modified or incorporated in any other work, publication, or website, whether in hard copy or electronic format, including postings to any other website.
(d) remove any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property notices contained in the original material from any material copied or printed off from the Super Solutions Platform; or
(e) link any other material to the Super Solutions Platform, without our express written consent.
The license granted to you does not include a license for
(a) resale of Product/services/Services or commercial use of the Super Solutions Platform or Super Solutions Content,
(b) any collection and use of Product/Services listings, descriptions, or prices,
(c) any use of Super Solutions Platform, the Services, and/or of Super Solutions Content other than as contemplated in these Terms of Use,
(d) any downloading or copying of login credentials of the user,
(e) any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools to extract (whether once or many times) any parts of the Super Solutions Platform, and
(f) creating and/ or publishing your own database that features parts of the Super Solutions Platform.

TRADEMARKS
All the trade names associated with us, and all Products/Services and logos denoted with TM are trademarks or registered trademarks of us or our affiliates. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any Product/Services or service that is not our product or service.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, INACCURACIES, OR ERRORS
We will try to ensure that all information and recommendations, whether in relation to the Products, Services, offerings or otherwise, (hereinafter “Information”) provided as part of this Super Solutions Platform is correct at the time of inclusion on the Super Solutions Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the Information. We make no representations or warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the Information.
You agree that Information is being supplied to you on the condition that you will make your own determination as to the suitability of such information for your purpose prior to use or in connection with the making of any decision. No Information on the Super Solutions Platform shall constitute an invitation to invest in us or any affiliates. Any use of this Super Solutions Platform or the Information is at your own risk. WE, FOR OURSELVES AND ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDING MATERIALS, SERVICES, OR CONTENT TO THIS WEBSITE or APP, MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS, TO THE SUPER SOLUTIONS PLATFORM, THE INFORMATION OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES TO WHICH THE INFORMATION REFERS. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, licensors, agents, and representatives from and against any and all third- party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from your access to or use of Super Solutions Platform or the Services, violation of these Terms of Use, or infringement of any of our or any third-party intellectual property or other rights. We will notify you promptly of any such claim, loss, liability, or demand, and in addition to the foregoing, you agree to provide us with reasonable assistance, at your expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage, or cost.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Use are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with laws of India or local jurisdiction of present country, without regard to the choice or conflicts of law provisions of any jurisdiction. You agree, in the event of any dispute arising in relation to these Terms of Use or any dispute arising in relation to the Super Solutions Platform whether in contract or tort or otherwise, to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located at Mumbai, India or local jurisdiction of present country for the resolution of all such disputes.
WAIVER
No provision in these Terms of Use will be deemed waived and no breach excused, unless such waiver or consent is in writing and signed by us. Any consent by us to, or waiver of your breach, whether expressed or implied, will not constitute consent to, waiver of, or excuse for any other different or subsequent breach.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable under applicable law, then such provision will be excluded from these Terms of Use and the remainder of these Terms of Use will be interpreted as if such provision were so excluded and will be enforceable in accordance with its terms; provided however that, in such event, these Terms of Use will be interpreted so as to give effect, to the greatest extent consistent with and permitted by applicable law, to the meaning and intention of the excluded provision as determined by such court of competent jurisdiction.
AMENDMENT

In addition to these Terms of Use, you will also ensure that you comply with the terms and conditions of the third parties, such as bank offers terms and conditions, and brand promotional offers, whose links, if any, are contained/embedded in the Services. You agree that we will not be liable for any transaction between itself and any such third parties.
These Terms of Use supersede all previous oral and written terms and conditions (if any) communicated to you by us, for the use of Super Solutions Platform, and the rights and liabilities concerning any Services to be provided by us shall be limited to the scope of these Terms of Use.
“PART B – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE ON SUPER SOLUTIONS PLATFORM”
The terms and conditions of sale as set out herein (“Terms of Sale”) constitute an agreement between us and you and govern the terms and conditions on which you purchase the Product/service from us on or through the Super Solutions Platform. By adding any Product/Service to the cart on the platform for purchasing the Product/Services, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
These Terms of Sale are in addition to the Agreement. These Terms of Sale constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the applicable law. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
OUR CONTRACT OF SALE
Listing and display of a Service/ Product by us on the Super Solutions Platform is our invitation to you to make an offer for the purchase of such service/Product by adding the same to the cart/basket. Likewise, adding any offered Service/product in the cart/basket on the Super Solutions Platform by you is your offer to buy the Services/ Product(s) from us.
Any communication from us shall be sent by either way, such as via push notification/ SMS on the registered mobile number/ Email on registered email ID/ IVR call/ manual call, as the case may be, for any particular transaction. You shall be solely responsible for updating your registered mobile number and/or email address and the address for delivery on the Super Solutions Platform in the event there is a change. Further, we may also send you notifications and reminders with respect to scheduled deliveries of the purchased Products/Services. While we shall make every endeavour to share prompt reminders and notifications relating to the delivery of purchased Products/Services(s) with you, we shall not be held liable for any failure to send such notifications or reminders to you.
Your contract is with us and you confirm that the Product/Services(s) added to the basket by you are purchased for your internal/personal purpose and not for resale or business purposes. Please note that we sell Products/Services only in quantities that correspond to the usual requirements of an average household. This applies both to the number of Products/Services ordered within a single order and User placing recurring orders where the individual orders comprise a quantity typical for a normal household.
All items added to the basket on the Super Solutions Platform are subject to the availability of such Products/Services, our acceptance of your offer as per the above, and your continued adherence to these Terms of Sale.
You hereby authorise us to declare and provide declarations to any governmental authority on request on your behalf, including that the Product/Services ordered by you are for personal, non-commercial use.
RETURN AND REFUND
Please review the Returns Policy and Refund Policy of Super Solutions Platform, which applies to Products/Services sold by us.
PRODUCT/SERVICES AVAILABILITY
We list availability information for the Products/Services on the Super Solutions Platform. Please note that dispatch estimates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we may send you the communication by way of Push notification SMS, email, IVR call, or any manual call, as the case may be, once your order is delivered. However, if any Product/Services you added to the basket/cart turn out to be unavailable or out of stock at the time of processing the order, the same shall be auto-removed from the cart/basket with simultaneous credit in your Super Solutions Wallet balance/update in the subscription item as the case may be and may also be informed to you before delivery of your order.
PRODUCT/SERVICES PRICING
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees as well as the currency where the product/ services are offered. Price, as displayed, is inclusive/exclusive of all applicable taxes depending on Product/Services.
Product/Services in your shopping cart of Super Solutions Platform will reflect the most recent price as displayed on the Product/Service’s information webpage on the Super Solutions Platform. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the Product/Services when you first placed it in your shopping cart. Placing a Product/Service in your shopping cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that a Product/Service’s price may increase or decrease between the time you place it in your shopping cart and the time your order is processed. The prices charged at the time of order processing will be the final price charged on your Super Solutions Wallet.
Due to the perishable nature of the Products/Services, Super Solutions Platform procures and supplies fresh Products/Services depending upon their shelf life. However, in case of a change in the price of the Product/Services subscribed on the Super Solutions Platform, any revision in the cost of the Product/Services would be charged accordingly. i.e, if it is a downward revision in the price of the Product/Services, the balance shall be returned to your Super Solutions wallet, however, in case of an upward revision in the price of the Product/Services, the additional cost shall be borne by you and it shall be charged on your Super Solutions Wallet. In case the Super Solutions Wallet does not have sufficient balance, we shall inform you to top-up the Super Solutions Wallet with the requisite amount, pending which we may not be able to process your orders.
LICENSES
You acknowledge that there may be licenses/permissions required under the applicable laws to use, purchase, or otherwise possess certain Products/Services (s). You will be solely responsible for obtaining such licenses/permissions and complying with the terms of such licenses/permissions.
TAXES
You shall be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of Products/Services from us and you agree to bear any applicable taxes.
ELIGIBILITY
Only persons who can enter into legally binding contracts as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872, i.e., persons who are 18 (Eighteen) years of age or older, are of sound mind and are not disqualified from entering into contracts by any law, can use Super Solutions Platform and place an order with us. If you are a minor i.e., under the age of 18 (Eighteen) years, you may purchase the Product/Services on the Super Solutions Platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event, does our aggregate liability, if any, that is proven and ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction under a claim by you or a person acting on your behalf, extend beyond the money charged from you for purchases made according to an order under which such liability has arisen and been established. We will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss that is not reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when a contract for the sale of Product/Services by us to you was formed.
AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to make changes to our policies, and these Terms of Sale at any time, with or without prior information to the Customer. You will be subject to the policies and Terms of Sale in force at the time you order the Product/Services from us unless any change to those policies or these Terms of Sale is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

WAIVER

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
You and We shall endeavor to amicably, through discussions, settle and resolve any dispute or difference arising out of or to this Agreement (“Dispute”) within 15 (fifteen) days from the commencement of such Dispute. In case of such failure, the Dispute shall upon the expiry of the aforesaid period, be referred to e-arbitration to be conducted by a sole arbitrator, who shall be jointly appointed by You and Us from the panel of available e-arbitrators. All arbitration proceedings may be conducted through mode available on the internet or any other information and communication technology (including but not limited to video call system, telephone or mobile, fax, and e-mail facilities) which can be beneficially used to solve disputes. All Arbitration proceedings shall be held by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The Language of Arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the Parties. The award may include costs, including reasonable advocates’ fees and disbursements.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Mumbai, India, or the location of the jurisdiction of issue origin.

By accessing or using the services provided through the Super Solutions Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the services provided by the Super Solutions Platform.
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your use of the Prepaid Super Solutions E-Wallet (“Super Solutions Wallet”) created on the Super Solutions Platform for your usage towards ordering Super Solutions services. This Super Solutions Wallet is the property of Super Solutions to whom it must be surrendered, upon request. The following terms and conditions shall apply to the prepaid account of your Super Solutions Wallet including but not limited to payments, disputes, and chargeback cases in connection with the Product/Services ordered by you on the Super Solutions Platform by using Super Solutions Wallet. By using the Super Solutions Wallet, you agree to the below-mentioned Terms and Conditions. Please ensure that you have read carefully and understood these Terms and Conditions before using your Super Solutions Wallet and also request you to keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your records. You further agree that by using the Super Solutions Wallet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the detailed Terms and Conditions of the Super Solutions Wallet.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Super Solutions Wallet membership, you should be competent to enter into a contract i.e. you should have attained the age of majority according to Indian law. Super Solutions Wallet is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by anyone who has not attained the age of majority. Any person under the age of 18, may only use the Super Solutions Wallet under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
About Your Account
Super Solutions Wallet is issued to you by Super Solutions. It allows you to load a rupee/currencies’ value onto your Super Solutions Wallet for use only on the Super Solutions Platform. The value associated with the Super Solutions Wallet is not insured or guaranteed by any person or entity.
The rupee/currency value that you load onto your Super Solutions Wallet is a prepayment only for purchasing the goods and availing the services on the Super Solutions Platform in India unless otherwise specified.
Super Solutions Wallet can be loaded on the Super Solutions Platform using either cash/credit card/debit card / UPI / Internet Banking / any other RBI-approved e-wallets managed and governed by other private or government entities. One Super Solutions Wallet cannot be reloaded by using any other registered/unregistered Super Solutions Wallet.
Super Solutions reserves the right not to accept any Super Solutions Wallet or otherwise limit the use of a Super Solutions Wallet if we reasonably believe that the use is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. Further, misuse of the Super Solutions Wallet or its benefits in any manner may result in the disablement of the Super Solutions Wallet and/or withdrawal of benefits at the sole discretion of Super Solutions. Please maintain the Super Solutions Wallet safely and securely.
Loading Value in your Super Solutions Wallet
Super Solutions Wallet is automatically created and enabled as soon as you register for Super Solutions Platform’s services while accepting these Terms and Conditions. The Super Solutions Wallet gets activated by loading money in it either through cash / credit card / debit card / UPI / Internet Banking / any other RBI approved e-wallets managed and governed by other private or government entities by visiting the Super Solutions website or Super Solutions mobile app. Super Solutions Wallet can be used as a mode of payment, whenever the Super Solutions Wallet-holder purchases goods or services from Super Solutions website or Super Solutions mobile app. The minimum amount that must be initially loaded onto your Super Solutions Wallet is INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only). The balance on the Super Solutions Wallet does not have a validity or expiry period.
Super Solutions may change the maximum and minimum amounts at any time by notifying you at the point of recharge, or on the Super Solutions website (www.supersoln.com), and such change shall not constitute an amendment to these Terms and Conditions. No credit card, credit line, overdraft protection or deposit account is associated with a Super Solutions Wallet. The balance loaded onto your Super Solutions Wallet is non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit balance unless required by law in India unless otherwise specified. No interest, dividends or any other earnings on funds deposited to a Super Solutions Wallet will accrue or be paid or credited to you by Super Solutions.
All amounts loaded onto your Super Solutions Wallet are held and denominated in Indian Rupees unless otherwise specified.
In this Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall bear the meanings ascribed to them below:
(a)
"Successful transaction" means a credit of the transaction amount to the customer's Super Solutions wallet.
(b)
"Provision of Services" means a successful credit of the customer's Super Solutions wallet with the transaction amount.
(c)
Proof of Service" or "Proof of Delivery" and any other similar term means a statement showing credit of the transaction amount in the customer's Super Solutions wallet.
Fees and Expiration of Wallet Balances
Super Solutions reserves its right, in its sole discretion and without any prior notice, to impose and/or revise charges/commissions in relation to your use of the Super Solutions Wallet. The current charges for your Wallet are provided hereunder, the same are subject to change;

Receipts and Statements
Super Solutions Wallet holders are not sent statements of itemized transactions on their registered email ID from a Super Solutions Wallet account. You can check the balance of your Super Solutions Wallet or review recent transactions on your Super Solutions Wallet by logging into your Super Solutions account on www.supersoln.com or on the Super Solutions mobile app.
You will need to use your Super Solutions Wallet to make purchases for the goods and avail of the services on the Super Solutions Platform. When you use your Super Solutions Wallet, you will receive the details of your order and payment in the Account History section of your Super Solutions account. The Shopping Credits section of your Super Solutions Account will provide the remaining balance of your Super Solutions Wallet. You should check your order and payment details to ensure that your account balance is correct.
Billing Errors, Corrections
Super Solutions reserves the right to correct the balance of your Super Solutions Wallet if there is reason to believe that a clerical, billing, or accounting error has occurred. If you have questions regarding your transaction history or any correction, or if you dispute any transaction or correction that has been assessed against your Super Solutions Wallet, please email your concern to Contact@supersoln.com.
Super Solutions will conduct an investigation communicate the results and correct any error after conducting a thorough investigation in a reasonable time frame. If no error is found, a suitable explanation shall be communicated to you. Super Solutions shall have no liability for any billing error unless you provide a notice within 7 (seven) days of the date of the transaction in question. You are requested to monitor your transactions and account balances accurately.
Registration, Liability for Unauthorized Transactions
You are responsible for all transactions associated with your Super Solutions Wallet, including transactions claimed to be unauthorized. The Super Solutions Wallet does not have a separate authentication password or PIN and can be used to make transactions once you have logged in to the Super Solutions Platform using a Mobile Number-Password combination or Mobile number-OTP authentication. The mobile application remains in a state of permanent log-in and anyone with access to your mobile phone can have access to your application and thereafter use your Super Solutions Wallet. You agree to take full responsibility for any unintended or unauthorized access to your Super Solutions Wallet.
Blocking of Super Solutions Wallet:
Super Solutions reserves the right to block your Super Solutions Wallet and/or discontinue, it if Super Solutions determines or observes in its sole discretion that there has been any of the below instances/activities:
fraudulent or unauthorized activities through your Super Solutions Wallet.
unfair practices and or mala fide intention of claiming refunds from Super Solutions on fraudulent grounds causing harassment to Super Solutions and/or its employees.
directly or indirectly threaten to or cause harm to the brand image of Super Solutions on a public forum (including but not limited to social media, print, or electronic media).
Returning of money back to the customer in case of blocking of Super Solutions Account (Account closure).
In case of blocking of your Super Solutions Account by Super Solutions due to any of the reasons stated above, the money lying in your Super Solutions Wallet, after adjustment of any cashback/fraudulent transactions already given, shall be returned to the source. The money shall be returned to the source within 15 days from the date of raising the successful request with customer care, subject to submission of KYC, as applicable.
Returning money to the customer in case of voluntary closure of account by the customer:
In case you are not willing to use the Super Solutions Platform and want to close your account, the money lying in your Super Solutions Wallet shall be returned to the source on raising a request on the platform through the customer care chat option. The money shall be returned to the source within 15 days from the date of raising the successful request with customer care, subject to submission of KYC, as applicable.
Privacy Statement
You hereby authorize Super Solutions to disclose your information to Government authorities or to competent authorities to credit bureaus or to other third persons, to comply with the obligation under the law. You also authorize Super Solutions to use your information for offering Products and services to you, including from its associates/partners unless specified otherwise.
For information concerning how we collect, use, and disclose information concerning the Super Solutions Wallet and how to select privacy preferences regarding certain promotional communications, you should refer to our privacy statement mentioned on our website.
Changes to these Terms and Conditions
Super Solutions reserves the right to add, alter, amend, and revise terms and conditions as well as the rules and regulations governing the Super Solutions Wallet without prior notice, and without assigning any reasons thereof. In the event of such changes, the latest terms & and conditions will be updated and viewed on our website (www.supersoln.com)
Cancellation of these Terms and Conditions
We may suspend or terminate these terms and conditions and revoke or limit any or all of the rights and privileges granted to you at any time without notice or liability. Termination may also result from your fraudulent or unauthorized use of the Super Solutions Wallet.
Limited Liability and Disclaimer
Super Solutions and its affiliates make no representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind, express or implied, to the Super Solutions Wallet, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, or any warranty arising by usage of trade, course of dealing or course of performance. Super Solutions does not represent or warrant that your Super Solutions Wallets will always be accessible or accepted.
If Super Solutions or its affiliates are found liable to you, you shall only be entitled to recover actual and direct damages and such damages shall not exceed the last balance held on your Super Solutions Wallet. Super Solutions and its affiliates shall have no liability for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including without limitation loss of profit, revenue, or use) arising out of or in any way connected with this Agreement, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), Product/Services liability, strict liability or other theory, even if Super Solutions or its authorized representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall Super Solutions or its affiliates have any liability for unauthorized access to, or alteration, theft, or destruction of a Super Solutions Wallet through accident, misuse, or fraudulent means or devices by you or any third party, or as a result of any delay or mistake resulting from any circumstances beyond our control. Super Solutions is not liable for non-fulfillment of any terms in full or in part due to any reason beyond its control.
The laws of certain states or other jurisdiction do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have rights in addition to those contained in this Terms and Conditions. In such jurisdiction, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
The decision of the management of Super Solutions is final and shall be binding at all times.
Assignment
We may assign all or part of these Terms and Conditions without such assignment being considered a change to these Terms and Conditions and without notice to you and shall be released from all liabilities The assignee shall have the same rights and obligations as the assignor and shall agree in writing to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
Governing Law
All disputes, in connection with Super Solutions Wallet or its program shall be governed and construed following Indian Laws unless otherwise specified and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra only.
Entire Terms and Conditions, Construction
These Terms and Conditions the complete and exclusive between you and Super Solutions and supersedes and merges all prior proposals and all or any other prior arrangement/agreements. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force, and effect and shall be enforceable. We provide shipping and delivery of our Products/Services across cities in India where we run our operations, within the locations we deliver. We aim to provide the best customer experience for you by tying up and partnering with leading logistics service providers to handle your order in the best possible way and to ensure that you have a hassle-free experience in receiving the Products/Services that you have ordered from the Super Solutions Platform. We make all commercially reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Product/services are delivered to you in a timely fashion.
By agreeing to use the Super Solutions Platform and/ or purchasing a Product/Services on the Super Solutions Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the Super Solutions Platform. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access, or transact on the Super Solutions Platform.
TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Once you place an order on the Super Solutions Platform, we process such order whichever is lying in the cart at 12:00 am. We aim to provide no-contact delivery at your doorstep without ringing the doorbell/or knocking on your door, and we try to deliver the order the next day from the date of order of the Product/Services by you on the Super Solutions Platform. We may also share details about your orders pursuant to their dispatch through any means of communication (means/mode, including but not limited to, push notification on the platform; SMS on the registered mobile number; email on the registered email address; IVR call or manual call, as the case may be). You agree and understand that we effectuate Product/Service delivery to the Users either directly ourselves or through our third-party service providers (“Logistics Partners”). Under exceptional circumstances/ on the choice of the customer, Super Solutions may contact you before delivery.
You agree and understand that though we endeavor to ship and deliver our Product/Services to cities in India where we are present, we may, in our sole discretion determine a select list of regions that are unserviceable for delivery of Product/Services, wherein the platform does not allow the user to place orders. We or our Logistic Partners do not provide shipping and delivery services in such unserviceable areas and may not process your orders on the Super Solutions Platform in such cases. In the event an area has been deemed unserviceable by us, we shall notify such users at the time of registration/placing an order for the purchase of Products/Services on the Super Solutions Platform. You may also verify whether an area is unserviceable for deliveries by us by entering the relevant delivery address, on the Super Solutions Platform.
You agree and acknowledge that to effectuate timely delivery of the purchased Product/Service to you we may inquire or collect specific information like your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, contact details, etc. You shall ensure that all information that is submitted by you to us on the Super Solutions Platform is true, complete, accurate, and sufficient to identify the actual place of delivery. You understand that you shall bear absolute liability in case of any failure by us in delivering the purchased Product/service due to your failure to provide correct, complete, sufficient, and accurate information at the time of placing the order. It is further clarified that we shall not be liable in any manner and at any point in time due to your failure to provide correct and complete information.
While we make reasonable endeavors to ensure that purchased Products/services are delivered to you promptly and within the timeline notified to you, you accept and acknowledge that the delivery may be delayed on account of:
Logistical issues beyond our control;
Unsuitable weather conditions.
Political disruptions, strikes, employee lockouts, etc.;
Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.;
Other unforeseeable circumstances.
In such events of delay, we shall make a reasonable attempt to inform you by push notification SMS or Call or email. We disclaim all liabilities that may arise on account of our failure to inform or notify you of delays in the delivery of purchased Products/services on the Super Solutions Platform. Further, we shall be under no obligation to compensate you for any claim that may otherwise arise on account of delay in the shipment, delivery, or use of the purchased Product/Services.
We endeavour to engage Logistic Partners, employees, agents with the highest regard for ethics and integrity; and behave in a fashion that exudes thorough professionalism, competence, and good mannerism. You agree and acknowledge that the actions, and inactions of delivery individuals are not in our control, and we can't monitor and observe each delivery executive. Since we are merely facilitating the delivery of a Product/Service purchased by you, we shall not be liable for any acts or omissions on the part of our delivery agents, employees, or personnel and/ or the Logistic Partner or their employees, agents, or personnel including deficiency in service, wrong delivery of Product/Services, time taken to deliver the Product/Services, Product/Services package tampering, etc. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is stated that any ill-mannerism, impoliteness, discourtesy, or offensiveness shown by our delivery executives, or the employees, agents, or personnel of the Logistic Partners is beyond our control, and any issue arising between you and our delivery executive or an employee, agent, personnel of the Logistic Partner will have to be resolved by you, independently. You agree and acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible or require us to settle, mediate, or resolve any disputes between you and the delivery personnel delivering the Product/Services to you.
Return of purchased Products/Services is facilitated through our reverse-Logistics Partners. On receipt of the request for the return of Product/Services on the Super Solutions Platform and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-Logistics Partners may get in touch with you to collect the purchased Product/Services from you. We process returns and exchanges of purchased Products/Services per our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.

We aim to provide the best customer experience to our Users beginning from placing an order to initiating a return. While transacting on the Super Solutions Platform, you can expect a hassle-free experience in returning the Products/Services that you have ordered and can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination.
This cancellation, return, and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms sets out our procedures and policies in accepting Product/Services cancellation, return, and refund thereof.
APPLICABILITY OF POLICY
By agreeing to use the Super Solutions Platform and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product/Services(s) on the Super Solutions Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Super Solutions Platform.
Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your return, refund, or cancellation of an order for Product/Services on the Super Solutions Platform. Every time you wish to use the Super Solutions Platform, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND OF ORDERS
Cancellation of Product/Services
Once you place the order for a Product/Service, you cannot cancel it for any reason. You can add or remove items from your cart before 12:00 am from the time and date you have added an item to the cart/basket, all the items placed/added in the cart at 12:00 am shall be considered as a final order and the process of delivery shall start accordingly.
Return of Product/Services
You may initiate the request for return of the Product/Services if: (i) the Product/Services is damaged; (b) both the Product/Services and shipping package have been damaged; (iii) Product/Services is defective or is not in working condition; (iv) the Product/Services is of bad quality; (v) parts of the Product/Services or accessory is missing; (vi) the Product/Services delivered is different from what was ordered basis the Product/Services description provided on the Super Solutions Platform; or (vii) you are dissatisfied with the purchased Product/Services (“Non-Compliant Product/Services”). You shall initiate such requests for a return within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the date on which you receive the delivery of the Product/Services (“Return Period”).
You shall keep the Product/service in its unused, original condition, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We would accept the request for the return of such Products/Services subject to the terms of this Policy.
If you have received any Product/Services which is subject to return in terms of this Policy, we suggest you immediately register a request in this regard on the Super Solutions Platform. We will in our sole discretion verify if: (a) the defects and damages in the Product/Services or the non-compliances claimed in such Product/Services are acceptable by us, or (b) such defects, damages, or non-compliances are due to our default, and will accordingly post verification, accept, or reject the return request. For such verification, we may request you to send us images of the damaged, defective, or Non-Compliant Product/Services received and/or allow our personnel to schedule a visit to assess the damage, defect, or non-compliance in the Product/Services. Further to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the return request, we may in our sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment report, in a manner as we may deem fit.
Your return will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are fulfilled at the time of return of such Product/Services, such as the Product/Services being returned in original condition (including water seal stickers in case of fragrances), along with the price tag intact including original packaging of the Product/Services, the brand outer packaging of the Non-Compliant Product/Services and all accessories therein, no damage having occurred post-delivery of the Product/Services while in your possession etc.
You agree that we will not accept the return of any Product/Services: (i) if you have placed the order for a wrong Product/Services model, colour or incorrect Product/Services, (ii) if the Product/Services belongs to non-returnable Product/Services category (For instance, personalised Product/Services that are not suitable for return based on their nature), (iii) if you fail to request return/register a complaint in relation to a Non-Compliant Product/Services within the Return Period. Any damage to the Product/Services caused by your improper wearing or safekeeping of the Product/Services, or any modification or change to the Product/Services by you the User or a third party or any depreciation in the value for other reasons will not be deem such Product/Services a Non-Compliant Product/Services and will not be considered a quality problem. Any decision by us in this regard shall be final and binding.
You can return the Product/Services(s), purchased from us provided the Product/Services(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:
The Product/Services has not been worn, cleaned, or tampered with by you.
The price tag /bar code, brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories is intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded by you.
The Product/Services is not altered unless proven vendor defect.
Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and from the same account and the serial number/ bar code of the Product/Services matches our records.
There is no foul odour, perfume, stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the Product/Services.
The Product/Services(s) if bought as a set should be exchanged as the complete set.
Products/services returned should be unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in a saleable condition.
We are satisfied that the Product/Services have not been rendered defective or unusable.
We reserve the right to reject the return request for a Product/Service if it does not satisfy the conditions.
Return of purchased Products/services is facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. On receipt of the request for return of Product/Services on the Super Solutions Platform and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our reverse-logistics partners may get in touch with you to collect the purchased Product/Services from you.
Refund
At the time of raising a return request for the Product/Services on the Super Solutions Platform, you may seek a refund for the Non-Compliant Product/Services.
Please be informed that when you opt to return the Product/Services, upon our verification and assessment of the Product/Services and the documents relating thereto, the refund amount for such Product/Services which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within a period of 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the date of us verifying the defect or the non-compliance in the Product/Services. Your refund will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated by us are fulfilled, such as the Product/Services being returned in original condition, along with the price tag intact including the original packaging of the Product/Services, the brand outer packaging of the Non-Compliant Product/Services and all accessories therein. For the sake of abundant clarity, it is clarified that we shall not make any refund in respect of a Product/Service that is deemed ineligible for a refund based on our verification and assessment.
We do not make any cash refunds. The amount will be refunded within 72 (seventy-two) business hours to your Super Solutions wallet.
We reserve the right to reject a refund request for a Product/Service if it does not satisfy the quality conditions specified under this Policy on our assessment of its return. We may in such cases notify you and send the returned Product/Services without initiating a refund.
If it is found that your return/refund request is fraudulent, Super Solutions Platform reserves the right to block your account with immediate effect, and discontinuation of all services including but not limited to the pre-paid orders on the Super Solutions Platform.
You Agree and Confirm:
In the event of a delivery failure on account of a mistake made by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by us for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
The many Products/Services sold on the Super Solutions Platform are perishable, and any spoilage of the delivered Products/Services due to delay in collection of the Products/services from your doorstep or the delivery point, Super Solutions Platform shall not be held responsible for that, and no refund could be claimed towards such spoilage;
That you will use the services provided by the Super Solutions Platform, its affiliates, consultants, and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using and transacting on the Site.

WHAT ARE THIS FEES AND PAYMENTS POLICY?
This Fees and Payments Policy (“FPP Policy”), together with the Terms of Use describes Super Solution’s accepted payment methods, and Super Solution’s policies and procedures in relation to acceptance of fees and payments towards the services offered through the Super Solutions Platform. Super Solution’s primary object is to ensure that the Super Solutions Platform is user-friendly and equipped with reasonably expected security infrastructure to protect any financial information that may be shared by the User.
User(s) are required to peruse and understand the terms of this FPP Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this FPP Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and this FPP Policy and may forthwith leave and stop using the Super Solutions Platform. The terms contained in this FPP Policy shall be accepted without modification and also, by using, browsing, accessing, or purchasing from the Super Solutions Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.
FEES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Super Solutions does not levy any fee for browsing the Super Solutions Platform. Super Solutions may in the future, consider levying fees on the User for using the Super Solutions Platform as a whole, or for use of certain features of the Super Solutions Platform. In such an event, you agree to pay any such fees, as applicable. Super Solutions does not covenant or guarantee to provide you with notice before enforcing such a levy of fees. Your continued usage of the Super Solutions Platform after such a change in the fees will be your acceptance of such changes.
In order to ensure User convenience, Super Solutions offers multiple payment options to Users. Super Solutions without prior notice to User, reserves the right to add or delete payment options from the ones listed below:
payment through net banking facilities;
payment through select credit cards;
payment through select debit cards;
applicable food coupons provided to the User
payments through prepaid payment instruments and electronic wallets;
Any other payment option may be provided by Super Solutions from time to time. The payment options referred to above shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as “Payment Options”. While reasonable endeavours are made to offer Payment Options through varied banking channels, presently, Super Solutions accepts payments only from major select banking avenues. Super Solutions does not accept payments made through international debit/credit cards.
It is expressly clarified that accepting a User’s payment through the Payment Options is solely at Super Solution’s discretion. Super Solutions reserves the right to reject payment from a User through the Payment Options for any reason whatsoever. To further validate a User’s transaction, Super Solutions may request the User to submit a copy of the User’s Know Your Customer documents (such as the User’s PAN card, Aadhar, etc.), failing which, Super Solutions reserves the right to reject a user’s payment made through the Payment Options.
While using the Payment Options, the User agrees to provide correct, complete, and accurate financial information such as credit/debit card details or prepaid payment instrument account details which may be stored by Super Solution’s third-party payment gateway provider. User(s) shall not use a credit/debit card or prepaid instrument that is not lawfully owned by him/her or which the User has not been lawfully authorized to use. The User shall solely be responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her financial information. Super Solutions disclaims all liabilities that may arise because of any unauthorized use of the User’s financial information and/or identity, including, details relating to the Payment Options.
Super Solutions shall not be held responsible and shall not assume any liability in respect of any loss or damage suffered by a User owing to:
lack of authorization for any transaction, including such transactions carried out on gift cards and vouchers issued to User(s) as a part of Super Solutions’ promotions.
exceeding of the credit/debit limit mutually agreed between the User and the issuing bank.
any payment issue arising out of technical glitches occurring during a transaction.
declination of transactions for reasons beyond Super Solution’s control.
Super Solutions reserves the right to impose limits on the number of transactions a User may undertake over the Super Solutions Platform. Should the User exceed such transaction limits imposed by Super Solutions, Super Solutions reserves the right to refuse to process such transactions. Super Solutions may refuse to process transactions emanating from User(s) who have suspicious or questionable transaction history on the Super Solutions Platform. Should Super Solutions be dissatisfied with the credibility of a User, or the genuineness of a transaction carried out on the Super Solutions Platform, Super Solutions shall have the right to reject such transactions. Super Solutions may also choose to delay the dispatch of the Product/service purchased by such User or cancel the entire purchase at its sole discretion. The User agrees that Super Solutions shall not be liable for any damage, interests, or claims resulting from Super Solution’s decision to not process a transaction or delay in the processing of a transaction on account of a User’s suspicious activity on the Super Solutions Platform.
All the Products/Services listed on the Super Solutions Platform are including all applicable taxes. You will be responsible for payment of all fees/costs/charges associated with the purchase of Products/services from us and you agree to bear any applicable taxes including but not limited to GST, duties and cesses, etc. Despite Super Solution’s best efforts, there may be instances of mispricing of Products/Services on the Super Solutions Platform during or after the process of purchase of Product/Services has been carried out by the User. While thorough processes of verification are carried out before the publication of Product/Services prices on the Super Solutions Platform, errors and discrepancies arising out of technical glitches and time lags are unavoidable. For the avoidance of doubt, Super Solution’s curative actions that will arise in the event of a price difference arising on the actual maximum retail price of a Product/Service against the price published on the Super Solutions Platform are set out below:
If the maximum retail price of the Product/Services delivered to the User is lower than the price published on the Super Solutions Platform, the User shall, within 72 (seventy-two) hours from the time when he/she received the Product/Services inform us at Contact@supersoln.com in each case. Upon Super Solutions being satisfied with the User’s claim, the difference in the purchase price against the maximum retail price shall be refunded into the User’s Super Solutions wallet within 72 (seventy-two) business hours from the date of receiving the intimation from the User.
If the maximum retail price of the Product/Service listed on the Super Solutions Platform is higher than what has been published and if Super Solutions is not providing an offer or discount on such Product/Services, then Super Solutions reserves the right to charge the differential amount from your Super Solutions Wallet. If your Super Solutions wallet does not have the sufficient balance to give effect to the said revision, Super Solutions shall have the right to reserve the despatch of the purchased Product/Services until you top-up your Super Solutions wallet with enough required for order processing and your order shall be considered as cancelled and will not be processed.
To process such refunds, the User will be required to inform us through a means of communication, as available for the customer at Contact@supersoln.com or through the Help section on the Super Solutions Platform.
To enable the User to make payments for purchasing Products/Services on the Super Solutions Platform, in addition to this FPP Policy, the terms and conditions of the User’s bank, applicable financial institution, and/or card issuing association may be applicable. The User’s bank, financial institution, or card issuing association may decline or prevent the User from making electronic payments for buying the Product/Services on the Super Solutions Platform and Super Solutions does not control the same and hence, shall not be at any point in time be held liable.
Super Solutions may, from time-to-time contract with third-party service providers such as payment aggregators, courier and logistic service providers, etc. Upon successful delivery of the Product/Services purchased by you through the Super Solutions Platform, Super Solutions shall initiate payments to third-party service providers.
If it is brought to the User’s notice that a charge has been created on his/her payment instrument(s) for top-up of a Super Solutions Wallet on the Super Solutions Platform and the User is not aware of such top-up on the Super Solutions Platform, the User is first, required to verify if his/her family members, friends or business colleagues were authorized to carry out the purchase of Product/Services on the Super Solutions Platform. If, despite this, the User continues to be unable to identify the charge created on his/her payment instrument(s) for the purchase of Product/Services on the Super Solutions Platform, the User may report such unauthorized purchase to us within 7 (seven) days from the date on which the unauthorized purchase was carried out on the Super Solutions Platform to enable Super Solutions initiate investigations.
If the User carries out a purchase on the Super Solutions Platform and the payment in lieu thereof has been invalidated, Super Solutions reserves the right to retrieve the invalidated payment (“Invalidated Payment”) from the User Super Solutions Wallet. Should the User have insufficient credit in his Super Solutions Wallet to facilitate such redemption of the invalidated payment, the User shall within 7 (seven) days from the date of receiving a written notice from Super Solutions, remit the Invalidated Payment into Super Solution’s bank account, details of which shall be set out in the notice. If the User fails to remit the Invalidated Payment into Super Solution’s bank account despite having received the notice, Super Solutions shall be entitled to initiate civil and/or criminal legal action against the defaulting User at his/her cost and peril.
Super Solutions Wallet
Super Solutions Wallet is issued to you by Super Solutions. It allows you to load a rupee value onto your account for use only on the Super Solutions Platform. The rupee value that you load onto your Super Solutions Wallet is a prepayment only for purchasing the Product/Services and availing the services on the Super Solutions Platform in India unless otherwise specified.
